Catherine Victorino brings over 15 years of experience in family law to Hemmat Law Group. She focuses her practice on complex family law matters, including custody disputes, divorce, and modifications of parenting plans. Catherine earned dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Washington and her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law. Her scientific background informs her analytical, detail-oriented approach, particularly in high-asset and emotionally sensitive cases.

Licensed to practice in Washington, Catherine has developed a respected reputation for her insight and advocacy in matters involving parental alienation and has presented on the topic at continuing legal education seminars. She is known for her thorough preparation, calm demeanor, and ability to navigate complex family dynamics with empathy and precision.

Outside of her legal practice, Catherine has served on the boards of the Wing Luke Asian Museum, the King County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, and the Filipino Lawyers of Washington. Her experiences raising two children further enrich her perspective and deepen her connection with families facing legal transitions.

In her free time, Catherine enjoys hiking, scuba diving, and working on her long-standing goal of writing the great American novel.
