Nicole Mottchouk

Client Service Specialist

What draws me to family law is the opportunity to help people move forward during periods of uncertainty. I find it rewarding to be part of a team that empowers clients with information, support, and advocacy when they need it most

Nicole Mottchouk is the Client Intake Manager at Hemmat Law Group, where she oversees all prospective new client inquiries and helps ensure individuals seeking legal representation receive a responsive, organized, and supportive experience from their very first interaction with the firm. Working closely with Sarah Yanez, Head Consult Counsel, Nicole plays an important role in helping prospective clients navigate the initial stages of the attorney-client relationship.

In addition to managing all prospective new client inquiries, Nicole oversees the firm’s reception team and works closely with attorneys and staff to ensure prospective clients receive timely communication and a seamless intake experience. Her focus on organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail helps create a welcoming environment for those seeking legal assistance.

Nicole believes that every prospective client deserves to feel heard and informed when exploring their legal options. She takes pride in helping individuals connect with the resources, information, and legal guidance they need to make confident decisions about their next steps.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading and spending time with her Maine Coon cat, Eva. She’s frequently getting lost in a great book and values opportunities to relax and recharge.
