The types of cases we take
Team Hemmat serves the family law, divorce, and child custody litigation needs of Washington’s most powerful residents and citizens. We emphasize high complexity, high conflict, and high intensity domestic and international family litigation.
This can include business divisions, international child abduction manhunts, and extensive motions practice securing the future of our clients’ families.
The Pod System
Hemmat Law generally practices in litigation pods of 1:1 – one paralegal for every attorney. Gone are the days of sharing a single overworked assistant with your fellows. You and your paralegal are encouraged to cultivate a collaborative (rather than managerial) dynamic.
If you already have a paralegal you love working with, we are always happy to hire them simultaneously.
