The types of cases we take
Team Hemmat serves the family law, divorce, and child custody litigation needs of Washington’s most powerful residents and citizens. We emphasize high complexity, high conflict, and and high intensity domestic and intranational family litigation.
This can include business divisions, international child abduction manhunts, and extensive motions practice securing the future of our client’s families.
What your Summer will look like:
The Hemmat Summer program is designed to give you a live fire taste of practice in the field. You will collaborate with clients, draft motions, perform extensive legal research, and bill real hours alongside your teammates.

Join our team at our offices above the Elysian Brewery in Capitol Hill, located only a few blocks from Seattle University School of Law.

We are Hemmat Law. We make our living defending the lives, freedoms, and futures of many of our community’s most vulnerable citizens. But despite that care, we cannot help everyone.
